The Fundamentals Class is designed to build a solid foundation in Jiu-Jitsu, covering essential movements, concepts, and techniques.
It’s the perfect entry point for beginners, yet remains valuable for all levels — even advanced students revisit the fundamentals regularly
What you’ll learn:
Foundational concepts and movements
Techniques for survival and escape
Building and breaking connections
Core attacking sequences
Jiu-Jitsu games and positional rounds
Beginners train exclusively in Fundamentals classes for a minimum of three months before joining All Levels sessions.

For those ready to expand beyond the basics, our All Levels class introduces more advanced techniques, strategy development, and live rolling.
It’s ideal for anyone looking to test their skills, prepare for competition, or progress toward a blue belt and beyond.
What you’ll practice:
Advanced variations and transitions
Sequencing positions, attacks, and escapes
Live sparring and positional training
Sharpening timing, control, and flow
Attending All Levels classes is essential for anyone seeking technical mastery or competitive experience.

Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program builds strong, confident young martial artists in a safe and fun environment.
Through structured games, sparring, and wrestling drills, children learn discipline, respect, and coordination while developing real-world self-defense skills.
Program focus:
Positional Jiu-Jitsu games
Safe sparring and wrestling practice
Physical literacy and coordination
Confidence and focus through challenge
Teens are encouraged to join our Adult Fundamentals classes for further progression.
